CONSULTATIONS

 

A consultation appointment is required for all new clients as well as existing clients who have had any colour or cuts to their natural hair.

APPOINTMENTS

​

Upon receipt of your appointment booking we may contact you to reschedule the requested time due to logistic or other issues.

 

DEPOSITS

​

Deposits are required to schedule all hair extensions appointments. The amount will be applied towards the total service cost.

 

CANCELLATIONS

​

We require 48hours notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments without which the service  fee and travel fee deposited will be forfeited.

 

TRAVEL FEE

​

  • No travel free for full heads of hair extensions within York Region.

  • Travel fee will apply to partial installs within York Region

  • Travel Fee will apply for appointments within the GTA but outside of York Region.

  • Please contact us with your address for accurate fee
